LodgeLink's new crew management app, designed to make it easier to stay in touch with LodgeLink, and to make essential booking changes to save your business time and money. The app has been designed with bookers and crew supervisors in mind, creating a seamless mobile experience that works with LodgeLink’s current crew management features.
Features include:
• NEW- Search and book crew accommodation on the go.
• View active bookings and respond quickly to crew changes as they happen- such as early check-outs, crew member switches and no-shows.
• View upcoming bookings and make proactive changes to your crews, so your projects are supported by the right booking for the job at hand.
• Change booking dates for an entire booking or for individual crew members.
• ‘One touch’ actions for cancelling an entire booking or an individual crew member in the case of an early check out.
• Easily switch out crew members or assign crew to Unassigned rooms, using either your existing Crew List or manually adding new names.
• Maps integration for easy directions to the accommodation with one click.
• ‘Click to call’ function for easier telephone communication with individual crew members.
• Biometric login for faster platform access (e.g. facial or fingerprint recognition, depending on your device and settings)
• Chat directly with LodgeLink’s 24/7 Customer Experience Team if you need to make changes not supported by the app or have any immediate questions or needs.
Combined, these features ensure that bookings accurately reflect the reality of crew stays, meaning that you save time by reducing confusion when accounting and reconciling crew expenses. Easily recording crew changes as they happen saves your business money and reduces potential losses due to untracked early check-outs or cancellation fees.
