Description
The goal of Log-Book is to create entering car mileage as simple and quick as possible but still be compliant with the tax departments’ requirements. Once you have used Log Book a few times you will be able to enter a new trip in THREE taps (and that's including the tap to save it).
We use this app and apart from trying to fix how to stop us forgetting to do it we wanted to make the process as quick as possible because lets face it, everyone wants to spend as little time as possible doing things like this, regardless of how pretty or feature rich the app is.
To speed up a trip entry you can add your own common start, destination and purpose entries. The date and start odometer are entered automatically.
There are no pretty graphs, fancy reports or a multitude of settings, just simple, quick entries.
All entries can be exported to a CSV file for manipulation (graphs and wiz-bang formulas) in a spreadsheet.

Ratings and Reviews
Very good app but …
Very good app but not handy if drive rentals and want to switch cars on the app. If you switch to a new car, the app erases the previous car name you entered. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for that. But perfect if you never switch cars.
Bad report dates
I used to like this app but since the update, the report section is full of bad informations. When you ask for last month it gives you last year or the full report since the beginning??? Also double check the total of KM you did (the % also), its not accurate. For two months now I have to transfer in excel my data to make it right. They also removed the custom report dates that was very useful. For me it’s a downgrade.

Hi finito7, thanks for your frank feedback. You are correct and there were number of inaccuracies and bugs. I believe these have now all been fixed and I hope you can once again rely on Log-book. Let me know if you feel it's still a downgrade.
Sucky now
The app was great, easy to use simple kept track of mileage great. Now it sucks, gives error messages saying there are gaps in mileage when there aren’t and looks confusing. Was much better when it was simple.

Hi Fester, Thanks for your praise for the previous version and sorry about the latest update. Not an excuse, but it was a big transition (even if it didn't look like it) and there were obvious problems. I hope the latest version has addressed these for you.
