App updated but can’t reset password

As mentioned by someone else, caught in endless loop of reset attempt repeatedly asking me to update app when already did so.
Tried powering phone on and off- no help.
Anyone able to come up with a fix?

We are sorry that it kept looping you to reset your password and update the app. We have underestimated the technical difficulties experienced with the new VIPpro app. We have corrected the errors and we invite you to give us another try. If you are still experiencing technical difficulties, please uninstall and reinstall the app as the recent updates have resolved many of the previous issues we were experiencing.

Bad app

Doesn’t really worn. I updated the app three times. It asked me to reset the password about four times. It did not let me do anything else. That was it.
Not a useful app at all.
