They have THE WORST customer service ever. They don’t even read your emails and that is the only way to contact them. This is by far the worst company I have ever experienced and will tell everyone I know NEVER to buy from them.
Worst customer service ever, inaccurate sizes
If i can give less than one star would, worst costumer service l've ever seen. Sizing is wrong and they want the costumers to pay for the return for something they're at fault at.
They're refusing to send me a shipping label and they're claiming sizing is not a fault!!
Who's fault is it, mine? I even sent them a picture of the dress with a measuring tape and compared it to their sizing chart and it's completely different. On the chart it says the waist for a size small is 63.5-66 cm, mine when I measured it was 74 cm. Anyone would be able to see a 10cm difference in the fabric! They’re telling me they don’t guarantee the sizes.. then what is the size chart doing on their website! I've never seen a company who doesn't care about their customers as much as this one. Never recommending it to anyone! Definitely never buying from them again

I never receive my order and i have been trying to reach them but seems they don’t exist.
