Just download the app, login with Facebook, Google or just register with your details, select the service, your preferred date and time. App-users can also make payments via the smart platform via Debit/Credit Card, Apple or Samsung Pay as well as keeping up to date with H&G's latest products and offers. On the day, you can track the technician in real time on google map, with estimated time of arrival you can also see who is coming at your home and can contact on their Whatsapp or phone via the app for any adjustments. On job completion your feedback can be provided right away based on service quality. For any estimate any technician can survey and raise the quote straightaway through technician Mobile App which you can receive and pay via Customer App in real time.

What's new
The smart technology platform app, which is the first of its kind in the region in home maintenance industry, will enable home owners and tenants alike to follow the progress of their home maintenance service requests from reporting the issue to booking a suitable appointment, tracking the exact arrival time of the technician live on google maps and the order and with online approval for cost of materials required to complete their home repair through to job completion. As well as providing home maintenance tracking, the app also allows customers to browse H&G's wide range of maintenance packages before subscribing to a suitable package, or indeed customising their own package specific to their individual needs.
Not only does this new platform provide an innovative service offering for customers, but it will also provide an effective and efficient dashboard for H&G's technicians, with all jobs now assigned electronically through the app.
