Excellent app, a couple of issues to be fixed
This is the only app I know of that does both wake up and shutdown/sleep/reboot (I think there’s a more expensive one but not the same category and way overkill).
Pros:
- Great UI layout and options, does the job well
Cons:
- Crashes on startup most of the time, I think it started happening after I configured a couple of hosts. I tried deleting the hosts, rebooting the phone, still crashes. It’s a minor annoyance since it launches fine the second time. I submitted a bug, no reply yet.
- The Magic Packer Server installer is an unsigned app and produces a scary warning when installing on Windows 10. The developer should really sign the app.
- Very minor picky: the UI elements are bright blue and the host colour options are a boring palette of pastel colours. Wish the UI was colourless or colour options were consistent with UI. But oh well, it’s still good.
If the issues get fixed I would give 5 stars.
