Magic Remote Not Working

Paid for the app but the app is not fitting to one screen.. unable to see the back button and forward buttons.. paid and asked for refund request but never happened..

Missing number pad

It’s good , but if number pad would be added it’s more easier as have to scroll down all to get channel

Can be better

Would be better if there was a way connect the app to the Unit without having to deal with the actual remote. Lot of times you look for options when the remote breaks or gets lost, and at that point this app is basically useless as there is no way to access the keyboard in order to set up username/pass which is required to couple the app with the unit.
Such an oversight for a technology company that provides solutions in a highly competitive and narrow segment.
