Description

Engage the occupation of France in la petite guerre to throw off the yoke of the oppressors and free your homeland!

Maquis is a solitaire worker-placement game with variable goals. The player places his resistance agents on spaces around town to achieve his goals (blowing up trains, publishing underground newspapers, aiding spies etc.). At the same time collaborators and soldiers patrol the area. Agents who can't make it back to the safe house at the end of the day are arrested, and never seen again.

You can choose from 9 missions to play using 6 levels of difficulty.

Good but,

The game is good, the app works very well, but seems have some differences with the actual board game rule.

Great game

This game plays just like the physical version of the game. It has fewer missions available but the varying difficulty level allows you to challenge yourself. I like it better on the iPad than on the phone, but it has a zoom feature when using the phone that helps you get a better look. I still like playing the physical game, but this one is portable and easy to sneak in a quick play without the setup.

It’s good!

Played about 15 full games, no crashes so far. Really nice puzzle with scaleable difficulty. From watching playthrough videos online, it seems there might be more missions in the physical game? Anyway, for the price, it’s a bargain.
