Thank you! Please email support@marquee.tv with the bandwidth issues - we have recently upgraded how we handle content through the networks, so its unlikely to be an issue with our distribution, but if we can get more information on your set up there may be something specific we can do to help.
Not to be trusted with financial information
I was a subscriber for 4 years. I made the decision to cancel my subscription and close my account, which has to be done by request. I was completely ignored, not hearing back, even after 4 attempted requests, although their policy for closure is 2 days. Money was taken, my account was deactivated, apparently due to non payment. Then they closed all my tickets. Thank goodness I went through Paypal. I was able to suspend payment and recover the monies they had been paid. Mediocre support service but wonderful content, while you are using it, but they control your subscription, and will not let you go if they can help it.
SCAMMERS
do not download this app. cancellation will be a problem. i cancelled my subscription since april and 5 months after, they are still charging my credit card
