Trải nghiệm tồi tệ
Kể lại cho bạn nào trước khi quyết định down app hay tới MB Bank
Cho rõ ràng, trước khi mang bực
-Số đẹp của số tk đó có giá 1 triệu/ không phải tk bạn được cho 1 triệu
-Chương trình Gia Đình Tôi Yêu, Family Banking, cho con bạn được tặng 1 triệu trong tài khoản:
a/Phải mở thẻ tín dụng mới được
b/Bạn phải được chi lương qua MB Bank mới được ( ai rảnh và có quyền lực thì về yêu cầu cty chuyển từ vcb qua mb chi lương)
-Mở tài khoản này, mỗi tháng bạn phải đóng 20k
-Phải cung cấp toàn bộ thông tin cá nhân: chụp hình CMND mặt sau mặt trước, chụp hình sống mặt bạn, quay từ từ qua phải, quay từ từ qua trái. Lấy thông tin cá nhân, email, hình ảnh bạn.
Nhưng, khi bạn yêu cầu huỷ, không được Thu Thập, lưu giữ thông tin cá nhân của tôi, thì MB bank bắt bạn đóng 55k phí huỷ.
-Những điều trên hoàn toàn ko thấy trong app khi đăng ký, chỉ ghi các giấy tờ cần thiết.
-Khi mình nói những điều bức xúc này thì các bảo vệ trong ngân hàng tới đứng chung quanh sẵn sàng. Uy hiếp tinh thần, khủng bố khách hàng trước, khách hàng nhỏ bé sẽ cảm thấy sợ hãi mà đi về cho rồi, kệ cho ngân hàng thu thập thông tin mình
-Giờ thấy chữ ngân hàng Quân Đội là sợ rồi
