“An error occurred” and reloads dashboard continuously

App used to work well. Now even after deleting and reinstalling, I enter my username and password, then I see a glimpse of the dashboard before it says “Session error occurred. Dashboard reloaded.” It does this repeatedly, about once per second, rendering the app totally useless.

Had Trouble Accessing Files

Was at the clinic and the app wouldn’t open properly to let me access my requisition, even with full LTE service. Had to drive all the way home and do it on my computer.Was told by the nurse that patients frequently have trouble accessing their files through this app and the nurse now calls doctors to advise them against sending requisitions that way.Gave 2 stars because system works fine on a computer, just not a phone.

Horrible App

This is literally the worst app I have ever used. This is the only way to book an appointment at the clinic I go to and it took me 40 tries to login without it crashing. I honestly think it would’ve been easier to get a medical degree and diagnose myself than to try and book one appointment.
