I’ve been playing the game and I’ve noticed that everything under the shop and conversion planet is “coming soon” like why not release the game when you have it all done?

I am playing Mega Tower 2 Starship Voyage for awhile. For some reason I can’t get into the game. It says, “your account been bound” what does it mean? First, is my account been suspended? Second, did something happen to the server? Third, is it some glitch in my account? I don’t know what is going on. Can you guys fix this please. Thanks.
