Description

The big picture is this. MeMom will act as a conduit for connection and communication of the family unit. First connecting millennial mother and child, then expanding to immediate family members, and finally capturing the entire extended family. The MeMom app accomplishes this through a process involving a child-centric shared calendar that is health and education oriented but involves other aspects of a child’s life.

What this app does to connect the family it will also do for a growing physician network. Whether building a primary care base or developing an ACO network of specialists, this app keeps the entire team connected and on the same page through direct messaging and broadcast notifications.

Lastly, through a longitudinal series of age-appropriate alerts and notifications, MeMom facilitates integrating the entire family into your healthcare network. This process also promotes patient compliance and assists the physician in meeting approved HEDIS® measures.

At the heart of this app is a Family Practice physician who has been practicing for more than 27 years. Working on with a team of designers and developers for over four years to bring the app to the market, MeMom would be of tremendous value to both moms—and families.
