Menstruation Nation (M. Nation) is a free period tracker designed for youth. The app helps people learn more about their bodies by tracking their period cycle and symptoms, such as flow, mood, exercise, cramps, and sleep. Contrary to some other period tracking apps, M. Nation was built with privacy in mind. No one can access any information provided, and it is never shared. Users can view their cycle history and average lengths in a calendar format. An education section contains period facts and information about various menstrual products. The Period Purse believes that knowledge is empowerment, and the M. Nation app will give young people the tools they need to be in tune with their bodies.

BEST PEROID APP OUT THERE

I love this app it respects my privacyAnd it helps me where when my period’s gonna happen I also love the fact that there are like little pieces of information and like a daily piece of periodic Fact information. it’s super cutesy and it’s really good for all ages. Love it 10 out of 10 definitely recommend a friend

Excellent app for period tracking and more

I’m trying to be more mindful of my periods and what goes on with my body as opposed to playing a strange game of Russian roulette where I wait to connect the dots on my symptoms and when to expect my period. This app doesn’t just track when you have your period but also other factors like sleep, exercise, flow and more symptoms. Really simple and cute interface and just super helpful to keep me updated and reminded of what’s going on indoors. Def recommend if you’re interested in being more mindful around your health as well as keeping your privacy.

I started using M Nation because it respects my privacy. The data is on my device so no one but me can access it.

I have always kept track of my periods on notepad because I hate that all the other apps sell my data, or use it to advertise to me. Privacy is more important than ever and I’m glad I can finally use an app to improve my menstrual health and awareness.
