Hi I simply wanted to share that me and my husband we got an amazing service when we walked in and got served by Jean Paul AOUN in Laval 440. he approached us with a such great smile and welcomed us as if we were family. He has a great listening skills and very knowledgeable and attentive and listens to our needs. we had a wonderful customer service/experience. Password reset never works
Hi, Trying to reset my password but the app never sends confirmation code to my phone or email.
Terrible experience
Absolutely horrendous customer service for a luxury brand. They don't own up to issues, lack empathy, and have zero follow-up. Honestly, their service is worse than airlines and telcos, which says a lot. They even charge extra for features the car already comes with, like dash cams and acceleration options. Simply disgusting. Stay away and consider other luxury vehicle options.
