Still no Touch ID. A redesigned interac etransfer but still no Touch ID. A very basic feature in many apps but not here.
Caution Landscape Only w/ iPad
STILL landscape only w/iPad! Come on, this app is almost impossible to use with an iPad. Please, please allow for portrait mode!

Fine app, similar functionality to other mobile banking apps.
However, for some reason, the app is landscape only with iPad. Why not allow the app the change with device orientation?
PS No orientation change with iPhone either, but at least it's portrait.
Only 2 stars due to allowing the app to be released without this basic functionality.

Hi Isaiah6113 - We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the app. I wanted to let you know that Meridian's app for the Ipad does support portrait mode. If you could place take the following steps:
1) Log into the app
2) Tap the gear icon on the top right hand side of the screen
3) In the settings menu tap "Change Device Orientation"
4) tap the switch to the right of "Toggle landscape orientation" to turn it off (the color will change to grey)
5) tap the Save button. You will be re-directed to the sign in screen again, and the app will now be in portrait mode.
If you continue to have issues with the app appearing in portrait mode on your Ipad, please give our Contact Centre a call at 1-866-592-2226 and ask to speak to Ken, Craig or Brian with the technical team, and we will troubleshoot this issue with you over the phone. - Ken
Works good but need to be more secure
This app works great. However, it would be nice to have 2-factor authentication option available. Personally, I prefer phone calls for authentication. App and email authentication are other options.
