Description

Mersenne is an AUv3-compatible synthesizer that combines two FM synthesis modules, a noise generator, and a resonator to create bell-like sounds.

# Synthesizer Engine
The two FM synth engines are optimized to reproduce the sound of bells. The "BODY" section is optimized to create the base sound, and the " ATTACK" section is optimized to create the sound at the moment of impact.

# Universal App
This product is compatible with iPad, iPhone, and Apple Silicon Mac.
Please note that it is not compatible with Macs with Intel CPUs.

# Audio Unit Extensions (AUv3)
This product supports only AUv3 plug-in format. You can use this AUv3 Plug-In in a host application that supports AUv3.

# Notes
- Note that depending on the parameter settings, loud sound may be produced.
- This product can be installed on iPad, iPhone, and Mac computers with Apple silicon (M1, M2). It is an iPad and iPhone app that can run on Mac computers with Apple silicon. It cannot be installed on Mac computers with Intel CPUs.
- This product supports only AUv3 plug-in format. Other plug-in formats are not supported. It can be used with AUv3-compatible DAWs.
- This product is not suitable for the purpose of accurately reproducing the sound of acoustic instruments or other synthesizers. It has been developed with a focus on creating the sound of this synthesizer itself.
- This product does not support MPE (MIDI Polyphonic Expression).
- This product mainly contains basic presets that are useful as a starting point for sound creation. Please note that there are no huge amount of presets. Enjoy making sounds.

I wish they made vst versions... this is a great synth! I also love the look of their synths, if they made a DAW I would use it... excellent work!

Amazing Synth

I’ve owned this synth for years and wow, some of the sounds on here and that I have made very easily rival some of the intense processing found in my vst collection in the studio... insane app.

Anyone who wants and extremely powerful synth with fantastically diverse and sonically true sound, you’ve found it. 0 hesitation, and I don’t write many app reviews 👌🏼

Niche Synth, but brilliant part of the trilogy

These little iceWorks synths are marvels of gorgeous and intuitive interfaces, generously populated with great presets to tweak into your own personalized versions, great FX and perfectly implemented Arps.

Yes, they (this, Laplace, Lorentz), are niche virtual instruments, each one limited to a specific kind of timbre, but they are beautifully designed, and they sound terrific stand alone or in the right mixes...
