Why update app only to find out NOT working. Crash after logo apppear. FIX This!!

Please note that there may be intermittent issues during your transaction. As of now, there are no reported system issues. We advise you to attempt the transaction again.

Downgrade version
I cant use the old app anymore and it doesnt let me sign in because i dont have access to my old email linked to my account.
