Merveilleux outil

J’ai découvert Mindday grâce à Psychologie magazine. Je l’utilise + ou - chaque jour. Cela m’aide à prendre soin de moi, à apprendre et à me connaître davantage.
Je recommande fortement l’application à tous ceux et toutes celles qui veulent se mettre en action pour se faire du bien et faire du bien aux personnes qui les entourent.

Un accompagnement au quotidien

J’ai lu quelques bouquins sur les TCC, mais l’application MindDay a l’avantage d’être interactive et par conséquent c’est plus aidant pour avancer avec les notions pratiques. La narratrice est emphatique et chaleureuse, ce qui est invitant et motivant à poursuivre le programme. Ça donne confiance. Merci.
