Don’t download
Don’t waste your time downloading this app. It could be a scam. I downloaded this app entered my car information and requested for a service. It’s been over 2 hours nobody contacted and nobody showed up and no tracking for service provider. Zero should be there rating. I don’t know why Apple allow this kind non-working app.
Didn’t work
Entered my VIN and info submitted my request waited 2 hours all it said was received and awaiting tracking information. Ended up calling instead got someone out within the hour. Call don’t use the online submission.
Doesn't work
Downloaded the app, scanned the VIN and an error message comes up. Neat idea and premise but can't get it working.
