Can’t even get an account

I can’t even sign up or log in!
I’ve used this app in the past and it was always hit and miss, I’m back living downtown and would love to use the bikes but I can’t even log in! I was hoping it had approved, think it’s worse.

Rip off

Downloaded app and seemed to work well. Went for one ride and was charged appropriately. Next day an additional charge for a ride I did not take. Emailed them about it and got no response. Very poor customer service.

Garbage app

Buttons in the app often don’t work. The app tells me I can have multiple rentals per account, but the bikes don’t let you. Crashes, freezes. Who ever made this should be ashamed
