Can’t even get an account
I can’t even sign up or log in!
I’ve used this app in the past and it was always hit and miss, I’m back living downtown and would love to use the bikes but I can’t even log in! I was hoping it had approved, think it’s worse.
Worst bike worst service
There is a charge issue several times Obviously, after completing the return, I left the spot, but the fare came out a few dozen times So I wrote an issue report and they charged me a fee that I don't understand so I'm still talking about this. It's a good way to buy a bike. 6 out of 10 bikes are the worst If this issue is sorted out, I will never use it (I will send you a return video if necessary)
This could be so much better
App was glitchy, had to enter all my info to signup incl. cc (why not ApplePay,etc.) majority of the bikes we tried didn’t work. Could be so much better.
