A good start, but needs improvements
The whole idea of an app for condo interaction is great, but there are quite a few gaps:
- not being able to mark all messages as read or delete all messages is annoying, I have to go one by one (and I already read them on my email; ideally it should allow me to hide the badge on the button bar too)
- just one picture per maintenance request doesn’t do it
- sometimes posting a request errors out; then you switch categories and it works
- it could use some ML service to auto-suggest categories
- a global search is sorely needed; it’s hard to find things
- on the ui, fixed items (e.g. appliance manuals) should be separated from seasonal ones
Just another horrible web app
This app has never been responsive but somehow they’ve made a change where tapping on anything takes tens of seconds to respond.

i watch everyday for new post but never shown.
