Mobile Link, the affordable remote monitoring system, gives customers peace of mind by letting them check the status of their automatic home standby generator anywhere, and at any time. The app is now easier than ever to use, providing generator data, optimized for your device.

When configured with your generator, you can:

•        View current status and upcoming maintenance needs.
•        Remotely set the generator’s exercise schedule.
•        Review the generator’s run and maintenance history.
•        Receive push notifications that indicate changes in status.

Mobile Link service and the Mobile Link app work with select automatic home standby generators from Generac, Centurion, Honeywell, Eaton, and Siemens.

Good app

Does what it’s suppose todo!

Useless app

Does not stay connected to the wifi, not reliable
With the price we pay the generator, we should have a reliable app to monitor and give us updates. If we’re away, there won’t be any way off knowing it is working.

Unable to recognize that it is running

We had recently a power failure and generator was running for 3 days. First we couldn’t connect to it remotely, it lost connection to Wi-Fi. The documentation how to reconnect was useless and not up to date. After that we lost Wi-Fi completely in the house. When the Wi-Fi was back, still no power in the neighborhood, the generator still was running, the connection to the generator suddenly was back but the status of the generator was Ready To Run, not Running. The application was unable to recognize that the generator was running, so is completely useless when you need it the most. Thankfully the generator was working and was delivering power as it should.
