Fantastic Service
The UI is a little clunky. Like that they integrate with established tools (Zoom) rather than trying to do everything themselves.
Love it
My work gave me some free sessions and access to this platform and I really like it. Lots of great meditations and “classes” to work through. The text classes I don’t find as helpful as the meditations. But I think the meditations and great professionals make up for it. I love my coach I found through this site. She is very smart, a great listener, has wonderful, thoughtful questions.
Like the app, but it’s in french...
