We take the protection of our members’ personal information very seriously. Our online banking app has the same high
level security as our online banking website so you can rest assured your banking information remains secure while
using the MyMCU App.
Simply log in with your login credentials used for online banking. To log out, close the app and your secure session
will end.
There is no charge for the MyMCU App but mobile data rates may apply. Check your mobile phone provider for further details.

Unable to navigate the app using VoiceOver screenreader
I am visually impaired and I use the VoiceOver screenreader on my iPhone and iPad to read what is on the screen. As of the latest update to the My MCU app, I can no longer navigate it using the VoiceOver swipe gestures, and now have to resort to the website, which thankfully is very accessible and works well on iPhone and iPad.
