Poor Quality
The App worked last summer pretty good. Now it will not work, will sync speakers and disconnect randomly. Msg Monster for help. However, that was disappointing with minimal response that had no solution. Poor App and possibly and overall bad product.
Less than basic
An APP that tells to you to change the battery if anything and you cannot skip it or not make it show again is very basic at best. Then the fonctionalities are those from years ago and nothing has been updated since. This is an insult to those who bought 250$+ each speakers (and I have 4). Speakers are great but app needs lots of development especially for a company like Monster. Looks like they hire interns and are not paying them to work on the app.
Unfortunately I need the app to launch the speakers and synch the lights otherwise I would remove this rudimentary app from my iPhone
Volume control???
While listening to music on Bluetooth can’t adjust volume without switching to the app and using the very finicky slider, how come I couldn’t set the master volume with the app and then change volume with the volume buttons on my phone like practically every other Bluetooth speaker?! Very frustrating
