10/10 recommend!!

My daughter absolutely loves these stories and it’s great as a way to calm down as the lights are off when reading the stories! The customer service was beyond exceptional as I bought a few stories second hand and they gave me new activation codes.

Doesn’t actually READ you the story. No option to listen to it!

I feel so deceived. First of all this is very expensive. I paid 50$ for the Eric carle pack and was so excited because my baby loves his stories. They call it a story time projector, but there is no story to listen to. I am beyond shocked they didn’t make it an option to LISTEN to the story while you are projecting the images! You are paying so much money just to project images on the wall using your own phone. Why would you ever create a story time app where you don’t have the option to listen to the story? I’m so confused. I really wanted to love it. But that just made me so upset. They do not make it clear in their adverts and on the website. It wasn’t until I read it on the website so where in fine print after I bought it. You have to read the story and project the image and turn the reels yourself. Which would be a fine option, but not being able to listen to the story? Darn. This takes away so many learning opportunities from children. As a parent and an educator I feel like that was a huge missed opportunity.

9.5/10

I love it, my kids love it. I do wish there was an option to actually listen to the stories and not read them but oh well.
110/10 for customer service. The activation codes were missing so I emailed and not even 10 minutes later I had a response with an activation code. Absolutely amazing customer service.

.5 taken for not being able to listen to the stories but that’s more of a me problem.
My son loved seeing paw patrol on his wall before bedtime.
