Ratings and Reviews
Pictures are annoying
Way to “busy” of an app with these large pictures when booking a class, is it really necessary? The old app was way better (in general) for booking, had most of the info you needed and you didn’t have to scroll down a mile to find classes due to clutter (pictures). The new app does have some good features , like time count down to when booking opens, easier to add bookings to calendar (1 click). Just keep it simple, have the information your clients need and want to see and leave the “bling” to a minimum. IMHO
UI gives me anxiety
I’m not sure how to explain this but the UI induced the same feeling I get when I’m on a website I expect to get a lot of ads from. I know there aren’t any, but there’s something about the way the colours, the pictures, and the font interact with each other that make it feel unrefined in a way that I wouldn’t know if I could fully trust this website or app.
Mismanagement
Browsing the new APP makes me feel dizzy, nauseous and headache. It takes so much time to find the information. It is wasting everybody time and causing negative impacts on the health of members. The new APP serves no way to promote health and fitness.
This is not the way to promote business sales. Movati will lose the trust of members and damage its own credibility and reputation.
I feel shocked and unbelievable that Movati disregarded the tons of complaints of members and stubbornly force members to use the stupid and crappy new APP.
Movati management needs a shake up to wake up to the reality.
