Move by Volkswagen 4+

•Drivers don’t seem to have your location and call for directions.
•The driver you get sometimes isn’t the one you requested.
•Drivers bounce around passengers, which would explain why they wouldn’t have your location -this also means the number you call won’t be the number of the driver potentially coming your way (which would also imply a breach of privacy if your number is being circulated between drivers).
•One driver matched with me and immediately called and asked me to cancel because he had an other client. But the next 3 times I requested a Move, I got that same driver and had to keep cancelling. Because he had another passenger, the last cancellation ended up costing me 600rwf once he started that other ride [after accepting my request for the 3rd time??].

In summary, Move is not the best option if:
•you’re in a hurry
•don’t know your location very well
•not fluent in kinyarwanda

A nearby taxi is more reliable and less of a hassle.

This app virtually never works properly to get a taxi and the one time it worked it gave me a fare estimate of 10,000RF and yet after the journey i was charged 19,000RF. The driver was helpful and called the head office for me but the manager on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I also waited over one hour 20 minutes for the cab to even arrive. I will never use this service again and warn others against it.
