How 2 Contact Apple
Actually I am trying to contact apple just to get the refund and to ask them how could they sale such an useless app .... there is no benefit of buying an app that does not work ?? why would I do that ??

tried to convert from vob to iphone 4, does not work....don't waste your money to buy this app. Does not work for file I tried.
