What can you do with the MRI Workspeed App?
Property managers and support staff:
- Create service requests
- Dispatch service requests
- Accept and complete service requests and preventive maintenance requests
Building engineers:
- Accept and complete service requests, including adding comments, putting on hold, sending to management, and viewing a work summary
- Complete preventive maintenance requests, inspections, and meter readings
- Create service requests
Tenants:
- Create and review submitted service requests
Note: An active MRI Workspeed account is required for use of this app.

Version 18.2.0
The method used for providing in-app notifications in the Workspeed mobile app has been updated to comply with Apple's latest guidelines. Please note that with this update the minimum supported iOS version will be iOS 12.
