Love it
Always a bit skeptical when it comes to a technology fitting, but as someone who is shorter and more round I had to try something. I tested the water and purchased a dress shirt and a short sleeve . When the box arrived I was pumped to try them out. Both shirts fit perfect and my wife always wants me to wear them now! Now that I have tested the water I am going to be going for a larger order to test out some more items. Side note - got an email from support the day after delivery to ensure I was happy with the fit and to reiterate the process to fix anything I felt might need altered (which was nothing).
Border fees
Definitely a great product but the shipping and border fees are a deal breaker for me. Since I am in Canada.
Not Great
App worked really well. No technical issues. Smooth experience. The shipping was 2 weeks later than the estimate- but that’s no big deal.
The 2 stars is because the claim from MTailor is a great fit; however, to be honest both the dress shirt and tee are some of the boxiest and worst fitting shirts I own. The dress shirt sleeves are about 1 inch too long and 20k bicep curls too baggy.
Lastly, the material on the dress shirt has an itchy and cheap feel (this could go away with a dry clean but will have to wait and see).
