Time consuming to use

I wish you’d stop updating this app so often. Every time there’s an update, it doesn’t let you use it without downloading the new one, which means you have to wait and login all over again (and sometimes reconnect the Bluetooth device) before being able to print anything. When I just want to print something quickly, I have to open the app first, then go back to the page I want to print, then hit the app icon to print it, which results in the page being saved inside of the app, THEN I can print it inside the app. Would be nice if it just worked like a normal printer WITHOUT the need for the app. I don’t need all of these templates and extra app things to print a single shipping label! I thought that was the point of a Bluetooth printer.

Overall the printer is good for my small business, it prints very fast and the quality is ok. But think twice before ordering because its app is hard to deal with. I made label templates for different kinds of products to save time on printing and it turned out that saved templates can be edited or just disappear without any reason while you are working with other template. Awful if you want your label with a lot of info to be saved but need to make little changes from time to time (for example packaging date).

Hello, I'm glad to answer for you. Please make sure that your app version is the latest version. If you want to modify the templates on the original basis and save them separately, you can do the following: find [Online] in [My Template]. Each sub-item has an icon that is a plus [Copy] button. Click to copy your template, and then enter the new template. Just design and save it.

Pretty Easy

The model numbers of the printers didn’t correspond to my model number of printer but I picked the one it looked like and it worked. I wish one could crop images in the app but otherwise it’s pretty easy to figure out.
