Best product ever!! Only thing that helps.

I used to think that this app was great, I liked logging in everyday and keeping track of my healthy habits but after so many changes I haven’t found it as enjoyable. So I cashed in my points for a gift card and followed the instructions in the email I got to download it. But now that I’ve tried to actually use the code it says I can’t, and I emailed the company about it to no avail. If they’d helped me out or at least explained what happened I wouldn’t be writing this review, but bad customer service really bothers me, especially when it took me two years to get all the points I cashed it.

I’ve used this app for YEARS I think working on my 8th year almost I have almost 65K followers and I used to get my tips liked and shared all the time I used to see lots of peoples posts and lots of people commenting and interaction. Since the last few updates I feel like the app is a ghost town and I only see Trusper editorial posts or just products that are sold. I feel as if I see no “day to day people” posting. Sometimes I feel all alone on the app lol anyone else feel this way ?? I used to rake in the points for my tips and now nothing. Thanks I’ll never say anything otherwise bad about the app I love it all together !! Miss the amazon gift cards a bit but PayPal cash is nice too. Just takes forever to cash out when I use the app religiously lol.
