Interesting Way To Learn!

Note Lookup! – Learn To Read Music has a number of features that, together, create an interesting, effective way to learn to read piano music.

1. You can choose one of nine key signatures from the wheel on the left.
(Beginning in the key of C would be best.)
2. You can press any of the 21 middle keys of a piano keyboard to hear how that key sounds and see how that key is represented on the treble or the bass staff. (Tapping the treble clef changes it to a bass clef and vice versa.)
3. You can drag the note on the music staff (or use the up and down arrows to move it) to any location to hear how that new note sounds and see where it is located on the piano keyboard. (The piano key that is represented by the note is highlighted in light grey.)
4. You can read the letter name for each piano key and its representation on the treble or bass staff.
