Old dogs and new tricks

After being away from a keyboard for over 40 years I was surprised at how quickly some of it came back. I attained a grade 8 level in music from the Royal Conservatory of Music by the time I was 13 years of age along with an Honours in grade 2 theory. Played 6 years of Classical Guitar and saxophone. It seemed as though anything I picked up and wanted to play along with music that was in the background ....that it wasn’t too much of a struggle.

Fears after 40+ years and apprehension but the passion was always there.

The combination of reading the score , knowing the tune and trusting you’re instincts.....along with getting a new digital piano is simply incredible.

TV ? Netflix ? Are you kidding? Why would I ever want to waste my time on mindless drooling entertainment when I can create something that is soul inspiring for myself and perhaps even a few others.

Not convinced? Try listening to a movie without the music and hear the difference.

I’m beyond grateful to all the artists who I downloaded and will continue to download they’re music. They’re are entitled to the rewards that have significant impacts on all our lives.

This will be the first of many reviews but I can so far only say positive things about this service .
