ATCO customers can track and report outages from anywhere! Sign in or register a new account to gain direct access to outage information and conveniently report outages at your location.
Set up user preferences to receive notifications to your mobile device via the channel of your choice: SMS, Email or Push Notifications.
Real time outage information is at your fingertips by simply one touch of a pin on the map. Information is available up to the minute, including outage cause and estimated restoration times, planned and emergency outages in your area and information to keep you and your loved ones safe in an emergency power outage.

Wanted to see my usage reports / graphs and my bills. App does not have that so it became way less useful.

I had a call about planned outage nothing on
Map. Outages showing in my area are a month or 2 old like back to August.
