The sign in section on the front page disappears behind the keyboard as soon as you start typing username and password.so you can’t see what you are typing in and if you make a mistake, you cannot see the curser nor can you position it to where you need to make a change. Nor a great first entrance into the app. Also the app does not adjust its display for larger font, so all the text overlaps. App is not user friendly. Not reflective of Club Med usual experience overall.

The app keeps sending me notifications but I can’t view anything. I can’t see the activities it’s telling me about - I click to go to “app support” and it says because I don’t have an active reservation I can contact support.

Essentiel pour planifier ses déplacements au Club Med et aussi pour le code vestimentaire. Pourrais ajouter les indications de départ. Dommage que ne permet pas de réserver les activités. Nous devons souvent nous déplacer pour aller réserver alors que pourrait se faire simplement avec l’application. Aussi faites attention car les âges minimum pour certaines activités ne sont pas indiqués.
