I cannot expand my lab
Every time I expand my lab I will get into the offline mode. Everything I did after expand the lab (include expanding) will be erased.
Another thing is it maybe will help a lot if we can upgrade those medicine machine to make them take less time to complete a medicine.
Other than that it's a good game.very creative and fun.

This is a fun game, but it’s pretty much a ripoff of hay day with a hospital theme rather than a farm theme. It’s literally the same game. I’m gonna stick with hay day because I’ve already got so far, but this game is a good alternative.

Very slow to get any positive energy
This game was fun for awhile, but now i have all my stock filled but cannot move the patients because i barely get any positive energy for the tests the patients need. Losing interest fast.

The best way to increase your positive energy is to cure patients in doctor's rooms. You can (optionally) increase the number of patient slots with each of these doctor rooms, so that more patients will be cured while you are not even playing the game. Upon your return, you will receive positive energy for every child among the patients that were cured while you were away. It works, believe me! I accumulated over 5000 positive energy this way myself. :)
