Додаток не працює корректно
Вже в третє додаток дає збій із попвнення мобільного рахунку, і це відбувається систематично протягом деякого часу. У додатку я заповнюю форму на поповнення рахунку, отримую і підтверджую запит з банку на оплату рахунку. Усе виглядає наче рахунок поповнено, але цього не відбувається. Рахунок не поповнюється, банк підтверждує, що запит на платіж від lifecel до них навіть надходив. Технічна проблема у додатку, додаток не контактує з банком. Звісно я буда впевнена що рахунок поповнено, аж поки не зрозуміла що грошей не достатньо було і знімалась денна плата протягом тижня, а не місячна плата. Я попала на гроші, тому що знову маю оплатити місячну плату в повному обсязі. Неприйнятно що такі елементарні транзакції не виконуються за технічний причин. Буду залишати lifecel і йти до іншого оператора який працює ефективніше!
Кошмар
Приложение ужасное, залогиниться можно с попытки пятой где-то, а если и залогиниться то нижний таббар не работает и приложение вылетает. Наймите уже нормального дизайнера и iOS разработчика.
