Going downhill fast, now getting better

The latest release, fixing shopping list anomalies, is now working well. Thank you for addressing this fundamental and critical feature.
The selection of electronic invoice however doesn’t work. The cashier is unaware of my choice and keeps giving a paper invoice.

From bad to useless. Now, even selecting from my usuals list doesn’t populate my list.
Unusable and a waste of time.

I too am suffering from the disappearing list syndrome as well as automatically and randomly selection of the items in the list when it hasn’t deleted them all. I also wrote to you many months ago about a bug where I create my list from my iPad and the list is properly synchronized to my iPhone, but all the items are marked as selected. Playing around with the select/unselect from one device will always result in opposite status on the other device.
So here’s my question: who is supporting this application? I ask because I see the developer’s responses to everyone’s complains of similar bugs, asking for more information and I wonder why. How experienced is the developer? Seems like a very junior entity with little knowledge of application design and testing.
Metro needs to understand that they might lose customers who get frustrated at the poor experience caused by, for example, losing their list when they arrive at the store. Three times for me. Next time I lose my list, I’m going to switch to Provigo.
Take these complaints seriously because while the app is free, your customers aren’t.

À lire les autres commentaires, ça fait plus d’un mois que vous avez ce problème avec la liste d’épicerie qui s’efface toute seule. Avez-vous au moins quelqu’un qui travail là-dessus? Serait peut-être temps de donner la mission de régler ce problème à quelqu’un d’autre si le travail ne se fait pas.

Works well!

I have updated my rating since the latest update. Thank you for fixing that annoying bug! I was pleased to see that it was quickly fixed and it’s now a much better experience. I no longer have to constantly fix my list.
