No OTP, money is stuck inside bank account!

I’m not getting OTP sent to my email! My money is stuck in my bank if I knew I would have used another bank!! I have the same email from last 6 years, used to get OTPs from MyABL on it all the time until June 2024, suddenly now I am not getting! I can’t transfer money or do ANYTHING without OTP! Do I have to spend thousands of rupees, buy a ticket to Pakistan, come and sit in the office and bring my whole family and pray together infront of your office to get a call back from you guys?

I’ve already sent emails to allied banking and still haven’t heard anything back.

Always Lag very slow app

I have to logout and login more ten times to make a transaction.

It worked fine until

I’ve had a few hiccups here and there, but overall, it worked fine for most of the time I’ve used it. Recently, however, I’ve been facing some issues with the app related to my FC account, and they remain unresolved. It’s been several weeks now, and I’m still stuck. I’ve filed a complaint not only through the website but also via email but no progress. I hope to update my review as soon as the issue gets resolved.
