Constantly switches back to cash option when you’ve selected another payment method as default.
Uses too small fonts to show estimated arrival
Times which are often quite inaccurate
When it works well it works but too many little parts not working smoothly lately.

Very bad apps
Difficult to manouvre, not user friendly, not responsive, very difficult to use, almost impossible to change favourite destination and simply not supporting Bluebird's reputation.

Can’t sign up
Tried to sign up with my Indonesian phone number but it said the prefix was banned(?) I just gave up and deleted the app. Waste of time. Hate dealing with amateur 3rd-world apps like this
