This app is amazing. It helps me regulate everything. I haven't been on track with my disease in a long time. It's so much work trying to keep track of everything I should and shouldn't be eating or doing. With this app it makes it super simple and if I forget I can just look again.

Thx for helping me balance my diet

This app seemed to go hand in hand with what I should be eating alongside my exercise. It's been easy to keep track of the foods I know I shouldn't be eating, but it seems I should have known more about the foods I should be consuming to fit my diet. Apparently stool doesn't lie.
