Unusable
After about 5 seconds after I open the app, the app goes black and stays black. Have to close out completely and reopen just to get a glimpse of my last bill.
Pointless App
Can only view info, can’t pay bills or manage your account.
Plus you actually have to create a new different account to use app, not the one you can use on the web.
Unable to Connect
When I open the app, it’s just a black screen and says I am unable to contact the site. Tried deleting and redownloading, doesn’t fix the issue.
