Description
L'application mobile MyVS permet à chaque collaborateur de consulter les documents d'entreprises et les communiqués d'entreprise, d'accéder à l'annulaire d'entreprise et de contacter son manager.
Elle permet également à l'utilisateur de déclarer et soumettre pour validation (workflow) : ses activités / CRA (temps, heures supplémentaires/HNO, autres unités d'oeuvre/astreintes/...), ses NDF (notes de frais) et ses absences (congés, maladie,...).
Un manager peut gérer les demandes qui lui ont été soumises (workflows soumis à valider ou refuser) : CRA, NDF et absences/congés ; et consulter les alertes métiers qui le concernent.
Un commercial peut gérer ses tâches CRM.
