Frustrating
App typically takes a long time to load and open. Often tells you “no video recorded” during randoms spots in the day when you may want to check back on your baby sleeping. Recently stopped working completely so I had to delete and redownload only to find it deleted the camera from my account and I had to manually readd camera. Once readded, I still lost all of my saved media and previous sleep analysis even though it’s the exact same account. Ridiculous and incredibly disappointing.

Our system is designed to detect various patterns and shapes, and in some instances, it might interpret certain objects, such as a patterned blanket or a doll, as a baby due to their similar characteristics. This is a known limitation of current technology and we are continuously working to improve its accuracy. We recommend to remove the suspected objects and provide a clean environment to improve for the detection accuracy.
