疫情下既安心又定時的運動習慣
新冠病毒肆虐了超過兩年時間，疫情下令到在外面做運動成風險，且健身房間歇的開開關關，造成許多不便。 我一年前開始運用 Nuli app 做我的一周三天課表，也可在欠缺充足時間情形下，參加一些短時間的訓練，相當不錯。
