Amazing app and programming

I love this app, very easy to use and I like that I can change it from a CrossFit style gym ( functional) to a commercial style gym if I needed too.

Programming seems pretty good so far! Very great videos for explaining movements.

Great variety

Lots of programs to switch in between so there is no getting bored. Just show up and do the work and the results happen
